Calgary, A Brief Stop
A couple days in Calgary were a real treat.
The people were friendly, the food was delicious, and the city was pretty, even on a rainy day. It all just felt good. The highlight was lunch with friend, Ginny, at Mango Spiva -- highly recommended.
It's likely COLD in the winter. How did we guess? The parking meters have plugs for your engine heater.
After nearly three weeks in Alberta, our net reaction was the people are very friendly and the food quality is superb. We look forward to a return visit.
